• Credit card fee and any bank transfer charges.
• Entrance fees to any sights in Sri Lanka.
• Video or Camera permits (Where necessary).
• Early Check in and Late Check out.
• Lunch on tour.
• Medical Expenses.
• International flight.
• All other than those listed in above inclusions.

CHILD POLICY

• CHILDREN BELOW 5 YEARS. SHARING WITH THEIR PARENTS-BED FREE OF CHARGE.  (UP TO MAXIMUM 02 CHILDREN) 
• CHILDREN AGED 05 – 11.99 YEARS, SHARING WITH THEIR PARENTS-BED 50 %.
• CHILDRENWHO ARE 12 YEARS AND ABOVE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ADULTS.

• Please note that the above rates are compiled with the hotels mentioned
• If the are no availability (Hotels) when you are booking the tour, we will provide a different hotel
• The rooms will be confirmed according to the availability at the time of check in, unless the client make a block booking with the hotels with an 50% advance payment to us to make it against the hotels.
• Please note that the above rates are applicable for the above program only and if the client needs a specific destination included or omitted, we could adjust the same accordingly and further if you need us to tailor make any programs, we could arrange it for your convenience
• In the Itinerary, day wise Distance and time has mentioned, durations are estimated a place to place without any stops. Therefore, above mentioned time might be changed. due to road, traffic & weather

Peak Season Supplement

Terms and Conditions: Pricing

Please note that our prices may include a peak season supplement during high-demand periods. The peak seasons include the            following dates:

1. December 20th to January 10th: This period covers the Christmas and New Year holidays.
2. Christmas Night and December 31st Night: Special rates apply on these specific nights.
3. Summer Peak – Kandy Perahera 2024: August 18th, 2024.

General Conditions

• All reservations made during peak periods are subject to the peak season supplement as determined at the time of booking.
• For the most accurate pricing, please use our booking platform or contact our customer support team.

 Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Please note that check-in times may vary depending on the hotel. Typically, check-in times are between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Check-out times generally fall between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Specific times will be provided in your itinerary upon booking.
• If you have any specific requirements or need to arrange an earlier check-in, inform us during your booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Procedure

• 50% deposit upon confirmation and balance payment 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• You can make the payment via Credit/Debit card without any additional charges. All costs, including any potential fees, are covered by our company, so you only need to pay the amount specified in the tour package.
• A bank transfer for the company bank details.
• Our safe online payment gateway. (Payoneer).
• We strive to make your booking experience as smooth and transparent as possible. If you have any further questions regarding payments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)
• If cancelled between14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking value will be charge.
• If cancelled between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total booking value will be charge.
• If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be charge.
